▲ Aluminum Extrusion Machine

Extrusion is a process used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. A material is pushed through a die of the desired cross-section. The two main advantages of this process over other manufacturing processes are its ability to create very complex cross-sections, and to work materials that are brittle, because the material only encounters compressive and shear stresses. It also forms parts with an excellent surface finish.

The cutting saw is capable to cut metals such as Aluminum, Bronze, PVC, FRP, and Other non-metal material. It is able to cut a material with maximum 150mm x 350mm.

The design of a mechanical part and its manufacturing program is highly automated with the CNC system. Together with the CAD / CAM software the machines provide explicit and stable products.

▲ Vibratory Finishing Machine

The vibratory finishing system is a batch-type operation, which specially shaped pellets of media and the workpieces are placed into the tub of a vibratory tumbler. The tub of the vibratory tumbler and all of its contents are then vibrated. The vibratory action causes the media to rub against the workpieces which yield the desired result. Depending on the application this can be either a dry or wet process.
